R&D department:
We know a important principle------- the good quality is one of the biggest reasons for obtain the market, so, for assure our product’s quality is high , we import the advanced inspected equipment to test all our products---from inspect the low material to product lamps and the last proceed—assemble. Through the constant supervision and inspection of every of the production process we can ensure that every product’s quality is good. The strict inspect make our product more safety, responsible and reliable brand to customer.
Electronic ballast department:
Electronic ballast is a very important component for the whole lamp system. So we attached important view to the electronic ballast product. the main component we adopted import component which come from the “Three stars” ,a very famous electronic company in Korean. For the workshop, we have the QC who special in the ballast product closely inspect every stage of production and control the quality. Our product process for Electronic ballast have four processes: check the row métiers , make the motherboard ,check the motherboard, test the age of the motherboard, in the last of production for the lamp---assemble ,we also check the quality of the ballast! So through such process, we can ensure the quality of ballast..
Molding department:
We have a complete set of advanced equipment, including a CKC Digital Company Coding Automatism Mould Machine; a Number Control Lathed; and Grinder Amongst others .These machines operated by designer who specialized in mounding. This means that we can make moulds 、inject mould、blow mold by ourselves , so the mould’s quality we can control by ourselves. All of these make us become the molds’ design、product、check’s skill in the top of the making ceiling room lamp’s zone.
Plating department:
We have a complete set of plating machine ,it means that if the customer give his specification, brand, logo, design to us ,we can do the product same as the thinking of the customer’s . we closely supervised and inspected all the process of plating and strictly control the process. will make sure our product have high quality.
Assembly department:
We have four half-automated production lines for assemble the lamps and the QC who special in the assembly closely inspect every stage of production and control the quality.
Ware house:
We have three ware houses , the strong stores can make sure that we have enough store to meet the customer’s request.
Machinery equipment:
We have the advance equipment and the best international skills and a team of skillfully staffs, such of this make us can obtain the top of the ceiling lamp product zone around China. In the electronic department ,we import a Lighting Resource Analyze Asis System Machine to make sure our lighting resource meet the high standard of international quality in ceiling lamp product zone; we also have the check machine to check the quality of the electronic ballast. In the mould department we use the complete set of molding machine that means we can make mould by ourselves. In the plating department, we use the import printing machine, so if the customer give us their specification ,logo, band and design ,we can do the customer want in our best.

Our company always attach important view to the life change, the developing of scientific, all of us know that the shortage of resource, environment pollutes around the world are very rigorous, so we let our product friendly to environment and save the resource.
1. Our ceiling lamp’s cover and frame add the material is friendly to the environment which come from a very famous company in Korean---LG Company. The material is add something can resist ultraviolet ray, so the cover and frame uneasy to yellow.
2. our lamp can increase more lighter 30% than traditional lamp though use the advance gallivanted skill to science plating the planate.
3. Normally , the insects are very ease go into the cover because the common product’s cove’s design have some shortages, our designer have change this condition .further more, has develop the faction of the ant-wet.
Production components:
Our company pay attention to each link of product. special to the raw material For ensure our production’s quality, all part of the ceiling lamp are manufactured and check by us. All of us know that the mainly component for ballast is decides the lamp whether longevity ,so we use the import component which come from the famous electronic country---Korean. High quality component make sure the high quality of lamp. our cove use the PMMA material which come from England, such material product the cover is very sick, but not easy to broken.
